Real Madrid are stepping up their pursuit of Ayyoub Bouaddi, with the Spanish giants closely monitoring the Lille teenager as interest in his services continues to grow across Europe.

Bouaddi has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting young midfielders in Ligue 1, establishing himself in the first team at LOSC Lille with a level of composure and technical quality that belies his age and his rapid development is turning the heads of several top clubs across the continent.

According to SPORT, Real Madrid’s interest in the 18-year-old is concrete with club officials are understood to have made multiple trips to France to watch him in action, while also gathering information about his situation as they look to favourably position themselves ahead of a potential move.

However, the Spanish giants are expected to face plenty of competition for Bouaddi’s signature as the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona, Juventus and Liverpool are all said to be tracking the midfielder.

Lille, for their part, are under no pressure to sell as Bouaddi remains under contract until 2029.

This places the Ligue 1 side in a strong position as they look to fend off interest or command a significant fee, with his valuation believed to be around €40 million.

Real Madrid may hold a subtle advantage over other competitors vying for Bouaddi’s signature with the presence of French stars like Aurelien Tchouameni, Kylian Mbappe, Eduardo Camavinga, and Ferland Mendy potentially making a move to the Spanish capital more appealing.

With the summer transfer window fast approaching, Bouaddi’s suitors will be aware of the need to step up their efforts as they look to acquire one of Europe’s most sought-after young talents.
